Bionaturalmarket has the following returns and refunds policy:


Return conditions

First of all, you must notify your wish to return by sending an email to [email protected] briefly explaining the reason. Keep in mind that on many occasions we can help solve the problem together, saving you time and inconvenience.

You have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of your order, to proceed to notify the return of an item.

Remember that if the item is used, incomplete or damaged in any way, you will be responsible for its depreciation. The return of the item must be made in its original packaging, otherwise the item may suffer depreciation.

Items manufactured expressly for that sale (upholstered, specific measurements, special colors, etc.) that include labor, nor those that cannot be sold to third parties for hygiene reasons, nor any other items will ever be subject to return by the customer. whose origin is a special order from the client or outside the catalog standards.

Return conditions for distributors

Only returns of unsealed material in perfect condition will be accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Existing promotions that extend the 14-day delivery period will not be applicable to distributors, who will always have a 14-day return period.

Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law that regulates the rights of returns between companies, and such procedures are regulated according to the conditions of Bionaturalmarket.

Returns of products in blister or heat-sealed packaging, and other products that have a broken factory security seal, will not be accepted.

Returns of personalized products will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted for products whose unit value exceeds €600.

For any other return that does not fall into the previous points, please consult.

These conditions do not void the right to guarantee or exchange defective products.

Bionaturalmarket reserves the right to deny the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.

Item return process

You must send it to our facilities at Calle Abadessa Emma 17, Local 2. La Garriga (08530). Barcelona. To the attention of the quality department, in its original packaging and in perfect condition, as received, including in the package a note with the order number and an indication of whether you wish to exchange it for another item or, on the contrary, return it. of its amount.

Any item not returned in its original packaging may suffer depreciation.

If the reason for the return is an error attributable to Bionaturalmarket (wrong shipment, product defect, damage in transport, etc.), we will take care of the collection and exchange or return, without the customer having any expense. You can read the WARRANTY section OF OUR PRODUCTS.

If you request a refund and if the payment was made by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you must also indicate the account number with the IBAN to proceed with the payment of the amount. If it was made by card  it will not be necessary since the payment is made to the same card.

Refund process

Once we receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount immediately.

If you request an exchange for another item, you must indicate which item you want. If there is a price difference in our favor, you must pay it by cash on delivery upon receipt or by bank transfer, as you decide.

If the difference is in your favor, Bionaturalmarket will proceed to make it as explained in the previous point.

Do not forget that the cost of the new shipment is the standard one (see approximate rates here: SHIPPING COSTS), and that it will be charged when assessing the balance in favor or against the return.
